The research aimed to study of English communication problems with foreign English teachers of students
majoring in English International Communication of Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna Nan. The
samples in this research were 30 students who were studying in year 2-4 majoring in English for International
Communication. The instrument used was structure interview and the data was collected by using group
interview. The statistics used in data analysis were percentage and content description. The results were as
follows: The problems in listening skills: there were many different accents of foreign English teachers and
students did not understand because they spoke too fast which made students avoid to communicate with
them. The problem in speaking skills of students with foreign English teachers were the students did not know
about grammar and vocabulary so they could not make the sentences for their conversation. Moreover students
lacked in opportunity to practice English conversation because their English were less than basic. The problem
in listening and speaking skills of students with foreign English teachers were the students were afraid, nervous
and embarrassed to communicate in English. In addition most students did not know the meaning of some
vocabulary and they were anxious to hear the distortion meaning.
