The impact of organizational communication, teamwork, and organizational structure factors towards organizational efficiency in information technology consulting company
Abstract
This research examines the factors influencing organizational efficiency in IT consulting companies.
The quantitative research approach was adopted to measure the effects of 3 independent variables
(organizational communication, teamwork, and organizational structure) on the dependent variable
(organizational efficiency). Snowball and convenience sampling methods, along with online questionnaires,
were used to collect data from 403 respondents working in IT consulting firms and related fields worldwide.
The research hypotheses were tested using descriptive and inferential statistics to understand the impact. The
results showed that all hypotheses proposed were supported, revealing that organizational communication,
teamwork, and organizational structure have a significant influence on organizational efficiency in IT
consulting companies.
