Factors Affecting Customers Satisfaction on Product of HomePro and Globalhouse

The purpose of this research was to determine factors affecting customer satisfaction/loyalty of HomePro and Globalhouse Conceptual framework was based on American Customer Satisfaction Index Model. Stratified random sampling technique was applied to select 407 customers to answer self-reported questionnaire. Data were analyzed by Linear Regression Model. Research findings revealed that factors that significantly affected customer satisfaction of HomePro and Globalhouse consisted of perceived quality and image.
