The purposes of this research is to study the capability of the market potential, problems, obstacles and guidelines of developing the entrepreneurial capability in Sampran district, Nakhonpathom province. The capability of the entrepreneurs is studied in the all aspects; sources of raw materials, cost of products, the best selling products, the lifetime of products, storage products, how to develop products, the competitiveness products, capability of product manufacturing, problems and obstacles faced by entrepreneurs, causes resulting to popularity of the OTOP products, the expansion and advertisement of the product and the numbers of tourists interested in the OTOP products.
From the study, it is found that most of entrepreneurs are capable of providing sources of materials and controlling quality of the products. The creative OTOP products are manufactured and the problems are systematically resolved. The product models are systematically developed in order to make more of the products high value. The entrepreneurs can also manufacture products enough for the need of customers.
