THE QUALITY OF WORKERS ATTENDED PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES AND ENTREPRENEURIAL SATISFACTION TOWARDS THE QUALITY OF WORKERS ATTENDED PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES IN THE UPPER SOUTHERN REGION
Abstract
The purposes of this research were; to compare levels of The quality of workers
attended professional experiences; to determine factors affecting level entrepreneurial
satisfaction towards the quality of workers in the upper southern region between
Vocational Certificate and Diploma of Vocational Certificate; and to reveal factors
determining opportunity of revisiting establishments towardsin Prachuapkhirikhanprovince;
Conceptual framework was based on American Customer Satisfaction Index model.
Stratified random sampling technique was applied to select 364 establish
-mentsaccepts students to practice professional experiences in Prachuapkhirikhan
Technical Collegeto answer self-reported questionnaire. Data were analyzed by bivariate
analysis, Linear Regression model analysis, and Ordered Probitmodel analysis.
Research findings revealed that level of satisfaction of entrepreneurial satisfaction
towards the quality of workers in the upper southern region of students that vocational
certificate were significantly lower than those of diploma of vocational certificate; factors
that significantly affected level of satisfaction of entrepreneurial satisfaction towards the
quality of workers in the upper southern region of student that vocational certificate and
diploma of vocational certificate consisted of Perceived Quality, Perceived Value and
Image; and factors that significantly determined opportunity of revisiting reusing services
of establishments towards students of vocational certificate and diploma of vocational
certificate consisted ofLoyalty, Satisfaction and Complaints.
