    Abstract
    The project aims to 1) study the general conditions of the cultural tourism community of Laos Khrang Local Museum, Ban Thung Phak Kut ; Thai Song Dam, Ban Phai Hu Chang’s way of life and Thai Chinese Bang Luang Market 2) study the potentials of Laos Khrang Local Museum, Ban Thung Phak Kut ; Thai Song Dam, Ban Phai Hu Chang’s way of life and Thai Chinese Bang Luang Market as a cultural tourist destination 3 ) seek the ways to develop and promote the Local Laos Khrang Museum, Ban Thung Phak Kut ; Thai Song Dam, Ban Phai Hu Chang’s way of life and Thai Chinese Bang Luang Market in order to be cultural tourist attractions of Nakhon Pathom province. The result are classified in 3 aspects as follows : A) General conditions of the cultural tourism community : Laos Khrang Local Museum Ban Thung Phak Kut; Thai Song Dam, Ban Phai Hu Chang’s way of life and Thai Chinese Bang Luang Market 1) All 3 tourist attractions are similar. They are remarkable natural tourist attractions related to the ethnic groups. There are ancient artifacts in the museum, archaeological sites, temples, ethnic history, local history. There are also many cultures and traditions and ways of life that have been passed down and become unique. 2) For the facilities of all 3 tourist attractions, there are accommodations, restaurants, souvenir shops, information service centers, transportation, police stations, nursing homes and communication systems that are enough to welcome tourists. 3 ) For the transportation systems, tourists can travel to the attractions by using private cars or buses. Therefore, it is convenient for tourists to access all 3 tourist attractions and there are a lot of parking lots. B) Potentials of Laos Khrang Local Museum, Ban Thung Phak Kut ; Thai Song Dam, Ban Phai Hu Chang’s way of life and Thai Chinese Bang Luang Market as a cultural tourist Tourist attractions in each community have different potentials to serve tourists due to their distinctive characteristics that lead to different points of interest and sales points. However, there is joint management of the 3 connecting routes that are seamlessly connected to each other, ending in 1 day so there are no obstacles or problems. C) Development guidelines for promoting Lao Khrang Local Museum, Ban Thung Phak Kut ; Thai Song Dam, Ban Phai Hu Chang’s way of life and Thai Chinese Bang Luang Market to be cultural tourist attractions of Nakhon Pathom province 1) Volunteers should be provided to give advice to tourists. There should be campaigns to promote the cultures and traditions that are unique to the community. Modern souvenir products should be developed while maintaining the original identity. Therefore, the price model should be reasonable in order to attract tourists. 2) Food prices and products, especially hand-woven should reasonable. Toilets and resting places, local guides and drinking water should be sufficiently provided 3) The relevant agencies should make roads clean and safe. Signposts should be clearly visible in distances and easy to understand.
