    Guidelines for Developing the Quality of Life with Supplementary Occupation of the Staff Ratchaburi Hospital

    Abstract
    The research aimed at studying and analyzing the guidelines on improving the quality of life with supplementary occupation of the health personnel of Ratchaburi hospital. The study covered (1) the state of being debtors of health staff of Ratchaburi hospital (2) the need for supplementary occupation to relieve the debt and (3) the approaches of developing the quality of their lives. The quantitative research methodology was adopted. The researcher collected the questionnaires answered by 268 health personnel and analyzed the data with computer by using the statistical program. The descriptive statistics were based on frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The results showed that 1) 61.2 percent staff in Ratchaburi hospital had been in debt. 2) The needs of supplementary occupation of staff in Ratchaburi hospital were at a high level and the occupation selected most were trading, and 3) the guidelines for quality of life development through supplementary occupation of the staff were also to be arranged in group of intention to have an appropriate supplementary occupation.
