    Human Resource Development for Academic Personnel attached to Bunditpatanasilpa Institute

    Abstract
    This research aimed to (1) study the processes of human resourcedevelopment; of academic personnel, Bunditpatanasilpa Institute (2) study Problems and Obstacles on the human resourcedevelopment; academic personnel, Bunditpatanasilpa Institute (3) Compare the opinions of the samples toward the levels of human resource development by demographic factors, and (4) study the approuches of human resource development of academic personnel, Bunditpatanasilpa Institute The study adopted mixed methods. The quantitative approach, used questionnaires. Computerized sattistical program was applied as analytical tools. The descriptive statistics were ; percentage, means, standard deviation, Inferrentials statistics were T test and one – way ANOVA. The qualitative research used in depth interviewes with the Key informants ; Vice President, Central office Directors, and Chief of human resource development department of theInstitute. Contents analysis and interpretations were analitical means. The findings were as follows;1) The overall human resourcedevelopment;academic was at high level. 2) the problems and obstacles of human resource development was at middle level. 3) there were not any significant differences among the opinions of academic personnels toward the levels of the development of human resource academic 4) the approaches of the development of human resource were firstly training according to personnel needs, Secondly, there should be sufficient budget for personel education. thirdly, self development performed by promotion for job observation, training.
