Teachers’ Satisfaction toward Their Principals’ Administration Ladplakhaophitthayakhom School
Abstract
This study aimed to find out satisfaction of teachers, categorized by their education background
and their working experience, about school toward their principals’ administration of Ladplakhao
Phitthayakhom School. A rating scale questionnaire, 45 items with discrimination power of 0.31-0.87 and
content validity of 0.98, was used as the tools in this research. A sample of 86 was randomly chosen
from teachers of this school. The data were analyzed using SPSS program in terms of percentage, mean,
standard deviation, t-test, and One-Way ANOVA.
The results were found to be as follows. 1. All aspects teachers’ satisfactions were overall and
individually rated at the high level. The aspect ranked at the top was that of academic administration,
followed by that of personal administration, and of financial administration, of general administration,
in that order. 2. Comparison between satisfactions of teachers based on their education background and
working experienced found no statistical differences.
