Perceived organizational support, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment of employees At TISCO Financial Group public company limited And its affiliated companies
Abstract
The objective of this independent study were to study the relationship between
perceived organizational support and job satisfaction; to study the relationship between
job satisfaction and organizational commitment; and to study the relationship between
organizational commitment and perceived organizational support.
Simple random sampling technique was applied to select 400 employees of
TISCO Financial Group Public Company Limited and its affiliated companies to answer
self-reported questionnaire. Data were analyzed by percentage, mean, standard
deviation and Pearson's correlation coefficient.
Research findings revealed that perceived organizational support was positively
related to job satisfaction with statistical significance; job satisfaction was positively
related to organizational commitment with statistical significance; and organizational
commitment was positively related to perceived organizational support with statistical
significance. These results implied that when employees have perceived organizational
support, they will have job satisfaction and ultimately organizational commitment.
