dc.description.abstract | This thesis aims to study the physical, economic and social aspects of the
area of Pranangklao and surrounding areas. by collecting data from, inquiry and
recording. Photo are taken to analyze the potential and problems of the Pranangklao
area and the way to develop Physical area to accommodate housing, businesses and
group activities for users in size and outside the area.
From the past to the present, there has been change aspects and
development in the transport sector, Residential and the commercial subsequently,
the MRT Purple Line Project was launched, which made the area of Pranangklao
District change and develop step by step in every aspect. It is an area. next to
Bangkok so increase population is every year. due to the influence of expansion. of
Bangkok, activities and areas are not sufficient. for the original and new population
The study showed that the project area has the potential to develop into a
new urban area Due to the potential of the project area, there is a possibility of
changing housing from 2-storey detached houses into high-rise residential buildings
and medium business to large business. Moreover the Royal Pranangklao Bridge
Project. Blue Line Extension Project and Pink Line supported by the government
stimulate the economy. The project area will be the new HUB of Nonthaburi
Province, which will be the second BTS Sky Train Station in Bangkok and adjacent to
Chaophraya River. The area must be developed properly with the suitable main
