Factors Affecting Elders’ Satisfactions of Life Insurance , Bangkae District Bangkok
Abstract
The research objectives are 1) to analyze elders’ satisfaction life insurance 2) to study marketing factors
affecting to satisfaction in life insurance. The sample was 400 elderly people in Bangkae in distance, Bangkok who
had life insurance. The research instrument was question and analysis data with frequency, percentage , mean,
standard deviation, and multiple regression analysis.
The results showed 1) Most of samples were female, 50-60years old, marriage status, education in bachelor
degree, occupation in entrepreneur, and average monthly income in 30,001-40,000 bath 2) The aspects of
marketing factors in life insurance policies and people influenced the average of elders’ satisfaction life
insurance with statistical significance at level 0.05
