Development guidelines for free medical survey for the Elderly persons in Nong phai Subdistrict Administrative organization, Phetchaboon

Abstract

The research paper to elderly persons satisfactions from free medical survey of Nong pai Subdistrict Administrative Organization , Phetchaboon . For find the way to develop quality of service .The study is a quantitative research using the survey that were randomly distributed to elderly persons. Total 333 questionnaires were handed in the subdistricts of Nong pai,Phetchaboon. The research instrument was questionnaire while data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics including percentage, mean, standard deviation.The study of general information of respondents showed that the majority of respondents were male,196 people, representing 58.9 percent. Female were 137 people, or 41.1 percent .There were a contractor. A monthly income below of 5000 bath. At the most have check up medical survey below 5 times per year.The satisfactions of older person from medical survey for 4 part was found the older person have the most satisfaction with process of service( x =4.19, S.D.= .859) follow by accommodation(x =3.93 sd.=.751) , mentality ( x =4.17 sd.=.844) and giving information (x =3.82 sd.=.776) for respectively.The data revealed that satisfaction of elderly person from free medical survey are high level. It should be updated. Increase the knowledge and capacity of the staff so that they can answer questions and provide accurate and accurate information to the elderly persons.
