    Abstract
    This research aims to: 1) studyed the patterns and strategies to convey the ancient rice flow mixed with toddy plam and shredded coconut (Food Travel TV Channel ,2013) to teenager and other people from the store owner, inheritor and customer service dessert shop grandmother Pongsri. 2) the concept of marketed methods for suitable the current situation 3) problems and how to fix the marketed by observation without participation and in-depth interviews was the primary owner and recipient of the first customers to used the services of 22 people, the researchers found.
