The Social Construction of Meaning, Source of meaning and Planning for pre-retirement of employees in Silom-Sathorn Bangkok

Abstract

The objective of this research aimed to study the meaning of savings planning for pre-retirement of employees in Cds Solution Company that located in Silom-Sathorn road. This research is a qualitative research type of Phenomenological Research by using data collected in-depth interview method. The studying result about employees of Cds Solution Company found that they have an approach of planning for pre-retirement such as deposits with banks Mutual fund investors buy stocks investing in various businesses and buy life insurance. These employees to choose which form money saving, risk are low. And motivation of these employees is saving due they need to live after retirement with good life quality and not burden for themselves, their families, and society.
