Satisfaction of the training in the research curriculum of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to 1) Study Satisfaction of the training in the research curriculum of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon of fiscal year 2016 2) compare to the basic factors of trainees for service . This research is a survey research the questionnaire was used as 282 research tools. To analyze the the data, mean, stadard deviation, t-test and one-way ANOVA wewe employed.The results of research that 1. The level of satisfaction of training for the service the research curriculum found Overall a very reasonable level ( ̅ = 3.74, S.D. = 0.65) When the aspect that the highest is a lecturer and how to transfer knowledge( ̅ = 3.81, S.D. = 0.59) 2. Comparison of the levels of satisfaction of training for the service the research curriculum found by gender are male and female the satisfaction of the training had different in the confidence level of .05 3. The comparison between the level of satisfaction of those who have been training to serve the research curriculum By age and experience, faculty found who attend training at different age ranges satisfied with the service had different and who attend training at different experience, faculty ranges satisfied with the service had not different in the confidence level of .05
