The purposes of this research were to construct, develop and find out the efficiency of Web-Based Instruction on Japanese Basic Japanese Kanji and to study learning achievement of students who have low learning achievement in Japanese Subject by applying Web-Based Instruction on Basic Japanese Kanji with comparing the criteria of 70 percent.
The samples of this study were 35 students of Japanese Program at Faculty of Liberal Arts Rajamangala University of Technology Rattanakosin. The researcher used simple random sampling method to select the samples. They were divided into two groups. The first group of 20 students was the group to find out the efficiency of Web-Based Instruction on Basic Japanese Kanji. The second group of 15 students was the group to find out learning achievement of students who have low learning achievement in Japanese subject by applying Web-Based Instruction on Basic Japanese Kanji.
The results of the study were as follows :
1. The effectiveness of Web-Based Instruction on Basic Japanese Kanji met
effictiveness criteria at 83.75 : 81.87 compared to the standard criteria at 80 : 80.
2. The learning achievement of students who have low achievement in Japanese
Subject by applying Web-Based Instruction on Basic Japanese Kanji was significantly higher than the criteria at 0.05 level. Accordingly, the results were consistent with the hypothesis.
