This research was survey research and analyzes relevant quantitative research. The study the demand for real estate in Hua Hin Prachuap Khiri Khan, the research is focused on the demand for real estate in HuaHin. The purpose was to study the factors affecting the demand for real estate in HuaHin. The Study on the property in HuaHin was Including the marketing attitudes toward the use of property. The study found that factors affecting the demand for real estate in HuaHin statistically significant at a confidence level of 99.99 percent, with the use of property in Hua Hin soared was coefficient of 0.772. The two factors affect the demand for real estate in HuaHin. The real estate prices was coefficient of -1.96, at a confidence level of 99.99 per cent. The income property in HuaHin was coefficient of 3.088 at a confidence level of 99.99 per cent and the cost of residential real estate in HuaHin was coefficient of 7.903 at a confidence level of 99.99 percent. The relationship between the impact on the demand for real estate and the various factors was relationships with significant 54.2 per cent of the demand curve. That was characteristics between the price of real estate in Hua Hin and the amount of real estate in HuaHin. The case study follows with the economics theory to relate price and qunaitities of product. The study result of marketing attitudes to the demand of real estate found that the level price of real estate was the most important factor to getting consumers to choose real estate in HuaHin district, Prachubkhilikhun Province. There is a high satisfaction. The updated guidelines for the development of real estate in HuaHin for respondents gave priority to the water system and safety.
