EDUCATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF NAVIGATION APPLICATION TO HELP THE BLIND MOBILE PHONE

This paper presents an education and development of navigation application to help blind on mobile phone. The blind cannot conveniently travel, such as education and other places. To created an application program to help the navigation on the operating system of android with GPS processing system on mobile phones. The application is designed to be suitable for used by the blind, a voice recognition function. For the blind, hearing on the run any function in the program. A map is working with the Google Maps database. Users can choose to display the navigation function has two forms: map and satellite. The destination can be reached using Dijkstra Shotest Paht algorithm. It can calculate the density of traffic on the road. The experimental result showed that the navigation system for the blind can help, the visually impaired to travel more convenient. However, the performance of the navigation system is based on performance processing equipment. However, the performance of the navigation speed and accuracy in the identification of the location will depend on the efficiency of the processing device. Therefore, the user should select the device processing efficiency of navigation.
