This research is prepared the CCTO powders by using the polymerpyrolysis solution method. Microstructure and phase composition were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). Study the electrical properties as a function of temperature are in the range of -50 to 200 ºC. Study the influences of non-linear current voltage and dc bias voltage on the electrical properties and grain boundary resistance.
The results showed that the particles of nanometer powder of pure CCTO can be prepared at low temperatures, 800 and 850 ºC. XRD result displays the main peaks of CCTO without impurities phase for all powders and ceramics samples. Their sizes ranged from 7 52 nm. Low loss tangents (tan0.0438) and giant dielectric constants (11,472) with temperature coefficients less than ±15% in the temperature range of −50–110 ºC were observed in ceramic samples sintered at 1050 ºC for 6h (CCTO-2A). Microstructure and phase composition were characterized using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X ray diffraction (XRD). The non-linear coefficient () and breakdown field (Eb) values of CCTO 1A and CCTO-2A ceramics were 12.00, 7.26 and 811.30, 1342.35, respectively.
