    Abstract
    This research objectives were educating for behavior of entrepreneurs, cost and benefit businesses, feasibility in businesses and attitude into ancient market at Pranburi. The population was 120 shops and 7 types of businesses such as garment, food, sweet, ornament, tools and equipments, beverage and leather business. The stratified sampling was 74 shops to survey research and analyzes relevant quantitative research. The result of the most of amount entrepreneurs were garment shops and secondary was food shops. The most of budget to initial investment was garment shop as 564,370 baht per year. The most of revenue per year was 960,000 baht per year. The most of cost was 570,040 baht per year. The most of profit per year was 389,960 baht per year. The methodology research is quantitative methodology to analyze feasibility in business analysis. The study found that beverage shops were the shortest for payback period of 10 months. The sweet shops were the highest for rate of investment as 125.57%. The ornament shops were the highest for rate of return of sales as 47.19 %. The garment shops were the highest for the net present value at as 44,911.30 baht. The beverage shops were the highest of profitability index per net investment as 1.11 time of net investment. The ornament shops were the highest of interest rate of return to break-even point of present value of net profit as 44.79%. It is more than the rate of loan to invest in business at ancient market at Pranburi.
