Student’s Satisfaction towards Services in the Faculty of Liberal Arts at Rajamangala Uninversity of Technology Rattanakosin Salaya Campus, Academic Year 2013
Abstract
This research aims to study the students' satisfaction with the services of the Faculty of Liberal Arts and to survey the opinions and suggestion of the students in term of services of the Faculty of Liberal Arts, Salaya. The sample in this research is 218 first year students of Rajamangla University of Technology Rattanakosin, Salaya of the academic year 2556.Tool used in research is a questionnaire surveying the students’ satisfaction with the services of the Faculty of Liberal Arts, Salaya. The statistics used in the study is the percentage.
From the result of the study, it is found that overall satisfaction of the sample group with the service of the Faculty of Liberal Arts, Salaya is at the highest level - very satisfied both in term of services and staff. There is no difference in term of gender of the sample group. The level of satisfaction of both male and female with the services of the Faculty of Liberal Arts is not different. The age of the sample group with the services of the Faculty of Liberal Arts is not different. The status of the sample group with the services of the Faculty of Liberal Arts is consistent with the age. The level of education of the sample group with the services of the Faculty of Liberal Arts is not different. The level of satisfaction of the sample group from the 3 faculties has no difference.
