| dc.description.abstract | This art thesis draws inspiration from the family's past to create a nostalgic
reflection of childhood memories. Growing up together with family members, including
siblings and relatives, formed a warm and loving environment filled with fun. However,
the separation of parents and the dispersal of siblings to pursue their own lives created
a longing for the warmth of those cherished memories.
The purpose of this artistic creation is to convey the internal struggles within
families, particularly their impact on children's emotional well-being, and to evoke
feelings of nostalgia and longing for the past. Using characters represented by dolls
and symbolic figures such as teddy bears and paper birds, the artwork narrates the
story of family dynamics through the lens of fantasy. This narrative is conveyed through
2 D lithograph prints, capturing the essence of home and family atmosphere. | en_US |
