    Abstract
    This research had a purpose to study the knowledge management approach of entrepreneur and suggested the Knowledge Management Model for Competitiveness of Lam Phaya Floating Market Entrepreneur, Nakhon Pathom. The sampling of this research was 202 entrepreneurs and 9 experts Data were collected by using questionnaire. Descriptive statistics used in analyzing were percentage, mean, and standard deviation, and correlation was used as inferential statistics, including focus group. The results of this study found that the knowledge management approach of Lam Phaya Floating Market entrepreneur is at medium level and the framework of Knowledge management by Dilip Bhatt, (2000) which has 3 components are :- Entrepreneurs, the study found that entrepreneurs know goal of the floating market and their own business. They made the Lam Phaya Floating Market differentiate from the others and developed they product unique. They passed on their knowledge from generation to generation by practicing the skill and made some records. There are Women Group Associations share their know how and teach each other for learning. Entrepreneurs related to the age, time period of their firm and types of the shops. Process, the study showed that knowledge management is informal and related to education background and time period of their firm. Technology, it helped knowledge management just a little because they did not see the important of it and it related to age and education background. The knowledge management model for Competitiveness of Lam Phaya Floating Market Entrepreneur is appropriated to Tuna Model since it is not complicate and easy for apply to communication.
