Leader Behavior, Perception, Attitudes of Peers and Organizational Climate Affecting Work Responsibility and Effectiveness of Rajamangaly University of Technology Rattanakosin Personnel
Abstract
The purposes of this research were to 1) study leardership behavior, perception, attitude of colleagues and organizational climate of Rajamangala University of Technology Rattanakosin officials and 2) to study related of, perception, attitudes of peers and organizational climate affecting work responsibility and effectiveness of Rajamangaly University of Technology Rattanakosin Officials
The instrument used in this research was a seven-section questionnaire. This questionnaire consisted of Section 1) Officials ’ General Information, Section 2) Work Habit, Section 3 Organizational climate, Section 4 Work effectiveness, Section 5 Self perceptiont, Section 6 Work responsibility and Section 7 Attitudes of peers.
The research results revealed that the leader behavior and the work responsibility are related to the work effectiness. In addition, the perception, the attitude of peers and the organizational climate are related to the work responsibility and efftiveness.
