The rapid evolution of digital technologies such as cloud computing, artificial intelligence (AI), big data analytics, and mobile applications has fundamentally reshaped the global healthcare industry. Internet medical service platforms have become powerful tools for improving accessibility, reducing medical system burdens, and enabling precision healthcare. This research analyzes the digital reform strategy of ZY Medical Group, a leading Chinese digital healthcare enterprise, focusing on its “Three-Terminal Channel” model composed of: (1) the Patient Terminal, (2) the Physician Terminal, and (3) the Institutional Terminal. This triadic structure aims to create an integrated healthcare ecosystem that enhances efficiency, reduces fragmentation, and supports coordinated service delivery. This study conducts an extensive literature review, conceptual framework construction, and comparative industry analysis. Findings indicate that ZY Medical Group’s multi-terminal strategy achieves significant improvements in user accessibility, operational efficiency, physician workflow optimization, and institutional collaboration. However, challenges remain in interoperability, data governance, and scaling across regional regulatory variations. This research contributes to the understanding of platform-based digital transformation and proposes recommendations for enterprises, regulators, and healthcare institutions for future digital reform.en_US
