FACTORS AFFECTING THE SUCCESS OF POLICE STATION ADMINISTRATION: A CASE STUDY OF NONG KHANGPLU POLICE STATION

Abstract

This study aimed to (1) study factors affecting the success of affecting the success of NongKhangplu Police Station was at high level. Those factors were human, management, budget and material respectively. The level of factors ofwork motivation was at high level. The factors were success, work aspects, opportunity, salary and welfare respectively. 4)Guidelines for successful police station administration were establishing relationship with commanders, providing modern technology, having responsibility and bringing about unity among colleagues. administration (2) study success levels of NongKhangplu Police Station administration (3) study levels of factors affecting the success of NongKhangplu Police Station administration and (4) present guidelines for successful police station administration: a case study of affecting the success of NongKhangplu Police Station administration. This study employed a survey research methodology. The informants were 132 police officers of NongKhangplu Police Station. The research results revealed that 1)there are two factors affecting the success of policestation administration: a factor of administration within an organization and a factor of work motivation.The factors of administration within an organization affecting the success of NongKhangplu Police Station administration were human, management, budget and material respectively. The factors of work motivationaffecting the success of NongKhangplu Police Station administration were success, work aspects, opportunity, salary and welfare respectively. 2)The level of administration success was at high level. 3) The levels of factors affecting the success of NongKhangplu Police Station administration were a factor of administration within an organization and a factor of work motivation. The level of factors of administration within an organization affecting the success of NongKhangplu Police Station was at high level. Those factors were human, management, budget and material respectively. The level of factors ofwork motivation was at high level.
