The Development of Educational Personnel Work Performance Under the Supervision of the Office of Elementary Educational Service Area 2, Nakhonpathom Province
Abstract
The purposes of this study were to 1) investigate the extent of work performance
improvement of educational personnel under the supervision the office of Elementary
Educational Service Area 2, Nakhonpathom Province in terms of academic work, budget,
personnel and general management, 2) examine the extent of quality assurance process of
the office of Elementary Educational Service Area 2, Nakhonpathom Province in terms of
planning, planning steps, work performance monitoring and amendment to serve as a model
for the improvement of personnel work performance in education. The samples were 252
educators and teachers under the supervision of the office of Elementary Educational Service
Area 2, Nakhonpathom Province.
The results showed that:
1. The overall extent of the improvement of work performance of educators and
teachers under the supervision of the office of Elementary Educational Service Area
2, Nakhonpathom Province was high ranging from budget management receiving
the highest scores followed by academic work, personnel management, and general
management.
2. The overall extent of the quality assurance process of the office of Elementary
Educational Service Area 2, Nakhonpathom Province was high ranging from
planning, monitoring, amendment, and planning steps.
3. All of the educational personnel followed the quality assurance process and thus,
considered as a model of the improvement of personnel work performance under
the supervision of the office of Elementary Educational Service Area 2,
Nakhonpathom Province.
