THE LEADERSHIP OF EXECUTIVES RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT OF PERSONNEL IN SAMUTPRAKARN PROVINCIAL ADMINISTRATIVE ORGANIZATION
Abstract
The purposes of this study were to 1) investigate the leadership model of executives in
Samutprakarn Provincial Administrative Organization, 2) examine the administration of personnel
performance in Samutprakarn Provincial Administrative Organization, 3) explore the relationship
between the leadership model of executives and the administration of personnel performance in
Samutprakarn Provincial Administrative Organization, and 4) determine the leadership model of
executives related to the administration of personnel performance in Samutprakarn Provincial
Administrative Organization. Quantitative and qualitative methods were used in this study. The
instruments were the questionnaire, interview, and observation. Forty people were the sample of this
study. They were executives and personnel in Samutprakarn Provincial Administrative Organization.
The statistical analyses were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson correlation
coefficient.
The results showed that: 1) The overall degree of the leadership of executives in Samutprakarn
Provincial Administrative Organization was high (mean = 3.61, standard deviation = 0.46). 2) The
personnel performance administration in Samutprakarn Provincial Administrative Organization was
high (mean = 3.62, standard deviation = 0.38. 3) The overall degree of the relationship between the
leadership of executives and the administration of personnel performance in Samutprakarn Provincial
Administrative Organization was low. 4) The leadership model of executives for the administration
of personnel performance in Samutprakarn Provincial Administrative Organization emphasized the
organizational leadership of executives and consultation which were related to the administration of
personnel performance in development and planning. This led to the effective performance of
personnel and executives in Samutprakarn Provincial Administrative Organization.
