    Abstract
    Research Factors Affecting the Health District Hospital Case Study: Health Promotion Hospital District meeting. district Operation Ratchaburi The purpose of (1) to study the process of health promoting hospital district that affect the health services district (2) to study the needs in the management of health promoting hospital district to provide health services to the people. This research is quantitative research by two groups of the population has health promoting hospital personnel Tha shots. district Operation Ratchaburi A total of 100 people and a Health Promoting Hospital District meeting. district Operation Ratchaburi, 400 questionnaires were used to collect data. Processing software packages (SPSS) used for statistical analysis. Frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation tested by T-test F-test and Pearson's correlation coefficient. The results showed that: 1) the management, which includes planning, organizing, leadership and overall control in the second 2) solution, the solution manages the health promoting hospital district to provide services. 1. public health should provide a plan to establish a correct understanding about the mission and duties of human resources in line in the same direction 2. should personnel with specialized counseling. 3. health budgets. 4. equipment, personnel should perform more tangible in all aspects of health services to the people.
