    Abstract
    The objectives of this research were to examine the level of effectiveness of Mahidol University’s staff using information technology in works; and study the impact factors of the effectiveness of using information technology in works. The research adopted a quantitative approach by asking 100 staff working in the offices of secretariat, corporate communications, document management, central services and transportation units. The results showed high level in effectiveness of using information technology and the factors that affected the easiness of approach toward effectiveness of Mahidol University’s staff were at a high level for using information technology in works, the results also showed significant level at 0.01 in the easiness of using more than the benefits acknowledgement of using information technology.
