FACTOR AFFECTING PERFORMANCE EFFICIENCY OF GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS IN PROVINCIAL ELECTRICITY AUTHORITY AMPHOE UTHONG SUPHANBURI PROVINCE

Abstract

This purposes of this research were to study the levels of performance efficiency of government officials in Provincial Electricity Authority, U Thong District, Suphanburi Province; and 2) to study the factors affecting performance efficiency of government officials in Provincial Electricity Authority, U Thong District, Suphanburi Province. The quantitative research methodology was determined, researchers have gathered all questionnaires from 105 government officials in Provincial Electricity Authority U Thong District, Suphanburi Province and analyze the data with computer by using the statistical program. The statistics that used for analyzing the collected data were arithmetic mean, percentage, standard deviation, t-test analysis, One – way analysis of variance, and pearson product moment correlation coefficient. The findings were as follow the levels of performance efficiency of government officials in Provincial Electricity Authority were at a high level; and the policy and organization management, knowledge and skills, working environment, compensation and welfare, and advancement were factors affected performance efficiency.
