THE SUCCESS OF IMPLEMENTING SOCIAL WELFARE POLICY FOR THE ELDERLY IN THE CASE OF PA DENG SUBDISTRICT, KAENG KRACHAN DISTRICT PHETCHABURI PROVINCE

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to study the success of implementing social welfare policy for the elderly in the payment of elderly living allowance in the case of Pa Deng Subdistrict, Kaeng Krachan District. Phetchaburi Province. To compare the success of the social welfare policy in the payment of subsistence allowance to the elderly from the opinions of the sample group classified by population characteristics and study the relationship between factors that affect the success of implementing policies for success. This research is a quantitative research. Sample survey Namely the elderly living in Pa Deng Subdistrict, Kaeng Krachan District 251 people in Phetchaburi province, randomly selected by step-by-step sampling, using statistics consisting of percentage, mean, standard deviation and Chi-square and Peirson R. Statistics. Success is at a high level. Factors that affect success are as follows: factors, resources, policies It was found that the overall picture was at a high level. The mean of 3.21 standard deviation .476 Quality factor of the personnel It was found that in the overview was at a very high level of 3.46 standard deviation. 552 The cooperation factor and the policy response showed that in the overall picture level, the average 3.66 standard deviation .516Communication efficiency factor It was found that in the overview is very high, the average 3.50 standard deviation. 528 The feedback of the samples on the success of bringing the elderly welfare policy to the Case study: Tambon Pa Deng District, Petchburi Province, Phetchaburi from the personal factors of the respondents of the sex questionnaire, age, vocational education, income, revenue relationship with social security, there are statistically significant differences. 0.06, while the personal factors of the respondents of a gender-age-related professional study are not different, the study of the relationship between factors has a successful outcome of bringing the elderly welfare policy to practice.
