    THE EVALUATION OF THE PROJECT FOR FEMALE AND FAMILY DEVELOPMENT “THAI WOMEN 4.0” OF ASA SUB-DISTRICT ADMINISTRATIVE ORGANIZATION, BAN NA DISTRICT, NAKHON NAYOK PROVINCE

    Abstract
    The objectives of this study were to (1) evaluate the project for female and family development, "Thai women 4.0", (2) explain problems and obstacles of the project, and (3) provide a development guidance for women in Asa Sub-district Administration Organization area. In this study, a mixed-method approach was adopted. In the quantitative part, data were collected by using a questionnaire distributed to 70 women participating in the project, and were statistically analyzed by percentage, mean, and standard deviation. In the qualitative part, archives and in-depth interviews were employed to obtain the data. Key informants consisted of five authorities directly handling the project selected by a purposive sampling method, and the data obtained were analyzed by content analysis. Results of this study revealed that 1) the project evaluation results in terms of context, inputs, processes and products were rated at a high level because the objectives of the project were clear, the staffs well realized and understood the project, and the budget allocation was done appropriately, 2) the problems and obstacles of the project were reportedly that the women participating in the project did not fully recognize and understand the information relating the project, and 3) the guidance for the women development consisted of providing these women an opportunity to fully express their opinions by reflecting their problems and needs as well as disseminating information related to the project to these women in various channels.
