    Abstract
    The success of the pharmacy business under increasing competition Need to adjust the development strategy and work system to be effective meets the needs of customers. Resulting in satisfaction affecting the image of the business, reliability and loyalty of the organization. Causing the returning to use the services. This research studied the image of returning to the service between stand-alone pharmacy and chain store pharmacy. By using the concept of satisfaction indexing in the United States (ACSI) to study the factors that affect the satisfaction and the effect on the return to the service of the drug store, use the information obtained to benefit the planning develop marketing strategies to meet the needs and create maximum satisfaction for consumers. Which leads to returning to use the services.
