Development of Information Systems for Information Management Knowledge of Hua-Hin Hospital, Hua-Hin District, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province

Abstract

This research aims: 1) to develop of information systems for information management knowledge of Hua-Hin Hospital and 2) to assess the satisfaction of the use of information systems for information management knowledge of Hua-Hin Hospital. System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) has been adopted as a framework for analyzing work processes. Develop the system via Adobe Dreamweaver and MySQL database. The system can be displayed on the web application. The instruments used for satisfaction assessment are: 1) information systems for information management knowledge of Hua-Hin Hospital and 2) an online questionnaire. The sample group consisted of 40 staff members of the hospital, and the sample group was selected using a random sampling techniques for the purpose of research. Statistical analysis using descriptive statistics. The results of the research are as follows: 1) there is an information system for management of information knowledge of Hua-Hin Hospital to help work more efficiently and 2) users have the highest satisfaction in design with an average of 4.75 at a very good level. Developed systems help to provide basic solutions for users to be able to solve basic problems with equipment and internet networks on their own.
