Conceptual framework of applied research is based on 7 loss theory concept, 7QC Tools, and performance concept. This study started from exploring the company’s basic information and current conditions. Factors that influence the waste generation were collected by asking employees some questionnaire. Afterwards, the data were analyzed to find the root causes via fish-bone diagram in order for expertise to assess significance of such causes, and also applied Pareto charts (Pareto-Diagram) in order to set priorities, giving solution re-checked by comparing the amount of waste before and after the adjustment. Research findings revealed that factors that affect the production process waste are tension measurement negligence, degraded Saphira rollers and cylinders, torn and dusty chemical paper; and (2) with adjusting factors affecting the waste generation from manufacturing process by causes, then comparing the amount of waste before and after the adjustment. It was found that the total cost before printing process improvement was 431,095.71 Baht. After the adjustment, the total cost was reduced to 206,670.73 Baht or 47.94 percent decrease.
