dc.description.abstractNowadays, smartphone is widely popular. For this reason, the creation of an application related to construction was aimed to be developed. In this development, the application was expected to add more features of residence floor inspection. The development went further by increasing more functions - types of floor, check-list, photo viewing on the app, and photo sending. The questionnaires were created and sent to the sample group consisting of 3 application developers and 5 foremen. The average was evaluated, and the field study was at Sena Ville Borommaratchachonnani-Sai5. The result showed that, in the aspect of effectiveness, there were good results in effective connection of application, simplicity, data base to reduce the use of papers and functioning quickly, suitable, clear and easy-to-understand function menu, data recording, appropriate and understanding language – formal and to-the-point. In the aspect of design, size of fonts and font arts were readable, easy on eyes, beautiful, modern, and interesting that was suitable for the stage of data recording. In the aspect.en_US
