Apply for Application of Android system in the Cost Control of the Road Construction

Abstract

Making application in Android system for financial control system of road construction had purpose to study the policy of Thailand 4.0 in business development SMEs into the digital age by relying on its own technology. Also, there was a way to control the financial accounting system and application of technology in the control of accounting information system of the construction working which affected to the plan, management system and cost controlling, including the spending real compare with budgets planning. If deviation happened, administrators can use the information to identify the problems, which lead to the correction in time. Apply for application of android system in the cost control of road construction which designed and composed of windows applications by using Android Studio as a tool to write applications with the JAVA language and input data connected to Scrip language: PHP and used Database type: MySQL as a database system to store the information, and used the application in the Android system version not lower than 4.0.3. From the assessment of applications of three experts in development program and application found that conveniences of android system in the cost control of road construction were in a very good level or the most level with the average at 4.78 Three experts in accounting found that the assessment of the application's behavior consisted with the financial system, and the appraisers’ opinions were at good level or very level with the average at 4.07 Furthermore, two experts in road construction found that the valuation of the information applications content corresponded to the road construction and the assessment of the needs in the selection was in a good level or the most level with the average at 4.63 The conclusion of the assessment the opinions of usability evaluators and the evaluators’ interests were in a very good level or at most level as well with the average at 4.67
