Teenage Behavioral Factors in Using Application Skills for Elderly Lodging Reservation
Abstract
This research was aimed at studying. Teenage Behavioral Factors in Using Application Skills for Elderly
Lodging Reservation the samples used in this study were 400 teenagers using the 400 booking application.
The questionnaire was used as a tool to collect data, with a confidence level of 0.742. Research Including the
percentage, average, standard deviation, t-test, One Way ANOVA, and chi-square test.
Research result
1. From the demographic group, the respondents answered this questionnaire. Most of them are 20
year olds, are undergraduate students and average monthly income is between 3,001 - 6,000 baht.
2. Teen Behavior Analysis Using Applications for Lodging Reservation The research found that the
main factor of using application to book accommodation was travel and leisure (85.9%). The reasons that
used the application to book the room was convenience (47.9%). Most of the date that teenage used the
applications were on Saturdays and Sundays (58.5%). The most time that teenage used was 11.01 – 15.00,
with a high score (45.2%). The frequency of using application was less than 2 times a week (71.1%). The most
application that teenage used was Agoda (54.1%).
3. Skill of using applications in reservation such as the process, convenience and the security of using
the application for reservations. Overall, it was at a moderate level.
4. Respondents to personal data research: age, education and different income. The behavior of
using application for different reservations.
5. The adolescent behavioral factors in the promotion of application skills for elderly residence
booking. Overall, having affected behavior of using the application for reservation.
