Factors affecting the preparation before the retirement of teachers in Ayutthaya

Abstract

The objectives of this research were To study the factors affecting the preparation before the retirement of teachers. To study the importance of preparation before the retired teacher and To study the differences between demographic characteristics affecting the preparation before retirement age teacher In Ayutthaya. About financial, physical health, habitation, mental health and time management. The samples in this research were 359 Teachers in Ayutthaya province. In order to reduce the error 400 samples were collected. The statistics for analyzing data were percentage Frequency ,Mean ,Standard Deviation ,One–Way ANOVA and T-test This research findings are as followed 1.In the whole of the preparation before retirement at a high level.2. Teachers in Ayutthaya Recognizes the importance of preparing the financial level before.3. Personal factors affecting the preparation before retirement teachers while education different affecting preparation no different by field statistics .05
