dc.description.abstractThis research aims to 1) study the physical health of the elderly, 2) study the mental health care of the elderly. This research is qualitative research. The data were collected through interviews depth. The key informants are elderly residents in Bang Khae, Bangkok 17 physical care of the elderly. The study indicated that elderly do not focus on diet and regular exercise is beneficial. The elderly supplements to support health and medication adherence under doctor's orders. The elderly have ways to eliminate stress caused by ARDS and find solutions. Seniors get annual checkups less. Study Health Care minds of the age. The study indicated that the elderly can adapt to aging by understanding the specific conditions to occur. The elderly are communicating with others to build a relationship with no depression. The elderly eliminate their stress by understanding the problems faced and the solutions make sense not affect mental health. And the elderly to receive health care from family, friends, mass media spectators Health to promote health care for the betteren_US
