Factors Relating to Elders’ Satisfaction of Clinic of Medical Development Center in Wang Thonglang, Bangkok
Abstract
The research purpose is to study marketing factors that relate to elders’ satisfaction in Clinic of Medical
Development Center in Wang Thong Lang, Bangkok. The samples were 400 elders. The data collection was done
by using questionnaires. The data analysis was operated by using average, percentage, standard deviation and
Pearson Correlation.
The results showed that the demographic characteristics of the elderly were mostly female, aged 61-70
years, average monthly income of 20,001-30,000 baht, an average of service accessing as one time per month,
payment by their own, and an average cost per time of less than or equal to 1,000. As well as, the research
identified every marketing mix factors related to every factors of elders’ satisfaction with statistical significance at
level 0.05.
