Knowledge exchange model for support good quality of life for elderly in the village of SiamNiwet PhraSamudChedi District, Samutprakarn Province

Abstract

The objective of this research is to study the patterns of good quality of life for the elderly and tools for searching the knowledge of the elderly This research is a qualitative research and collected data by observation and interview methods. The results of the study showed that the quality of life of elderly in the village was rated at the medium level when considering the overview of the various aspects that the elderly received including physical aspect, psychological, relationship and Social welfare because elderly received a good care from the family and get importance from the community and exchange knowledge with screening and knowledge transfer. By telling on each side are different. However, the elderly also needed a tool for searching knowledge and needed a place for exchange knowledge for using in the knowledge management process in each aspect.
