dc.description.abstractThe purposes of this study are 1. to study a behavior of using Online Social Network in the order group. 2. to identify factors that affects the satisfaction of the older people’s on using Online Social Network. This study involves with 390 samples of older people, data analysis questionnaire using SPSS by statistics, percentage, mean, standard deviation and chi-square analysis. The results shown that: 1. Most of the examples are women age between 60-70 years with a primary school in education, married status, and unemployed. Monthly income is less than 5,000 baht. 2. The usage of using Online Social Network of examples is less than 2 hours per days, and they are mostly using it from 17.01 – 22.00 pm. The main reason for using Online Social Network is for communication and they have already used Online Social Network for a year in average. The most popular application to use Online Social Network is Line Application. . 3. Factors that affect satisfaction of using Online Social Network of older people are the dialogue that affect satisfaction most of communication. Practical that affect satisfaction most of communication and utilization that affect satisfaction most social and culture at the level of 0.05en_US
