dc.description.abstractThe purposes of this research were to develop and study the factors of Indicators for evaluation STEM education learning of teachers. The research sample was 520 teachers from 13 STEM networks who using STEM education in learning management. This sample was selected by multi-stage random sampling. The data collected by 12 items of true-false tests and 47 items of questionnaires. Data were analyzed by percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation statistics, and exploratory factor analysis. The findings found that the factors of Indicators for evaluation STEM education learning of teachers have two dimensions. The first dimension was knowledge and understanding of STEM education learning (12 indicators). The second dimension was the teacher’s behavior of STEM education learning that has four factors as follow: the ability to design STEM education learning (12 indicators), facilitator and counseling with students (12 indicators), assessment of STEM education learning (11 indicators), and STEM education learning management (12 indicators).en_US
