This research aimed to investigate the requirement, the developments of users and evaluation of an
electronic item bank in Srinakharinwirot Prasarnmit Demonstration secondary School. The results are as follows: The
data analysis showed that the mean score of regarding the necessity of an item bank was 3.46 and the expectations
for an operation was at a moderate level. The mean score of the expectancy of the item bank was 4.85 and
expectations for the operation was at a high level. The results also indicated that most requirements were all of the
aspects PNIModified were between 0.24 to 0.39. The aspects which showed the most three most common requirements
were an understanding of the system a report on the current number of tests in the system, and how to conveniently
select the right test from the system. The results showed that the needs of the users on its quality was at a high level
in all topics. The highest level in regard to creating tests for each semester and their level of effectiveness. The item
bank developed by the computer program could store multiple-choice tests for the teacher to use and to print out for
use in the classroom. This can save time and is more convenient since all of the tests could be stored in a computer
instead. The effectiveness of the examination system security, were in a high level (mean = 4.44, SD = 0.30)
