The Administration to Enhance Morality and Ethics Enhancing for Students in Tessaban 2 Watdonmoonchai School under Tak Municipality with Participatory Action Research
Abstract
This research is an integrated research of qualitative research and quantitative research. The purpose is to:
1) study the need for moral reinforcement; student ethics 2) Management of moral strength student ethics with
participatory action research, 3) Evaluate morale management practices student ethics in Tessaban 2
Watdonmoonchai School under Tak Municipality conducting research on essential needs assessment and moral
performance management; student ethics. The sample included the administrators, the teachers, the teachers,
the support personnel. The basic education institution and parents were 165 persons. The research instrument
was a questionnaire and estimate scale data analysis uses the Priority Needs Index (PNI) method, frequency,
percent mean, standard deviation and content analysis. Moral strength management student ethics in Tessaban
2 Watdonmoonchai School under Tak municipality participatory action research consists of four steps: 1)
planning; 2) action; 3) observing performance; and 4) reflecting on the target audience, including school
administrators, teachers, support personnel, basic school board and 54 parents of students in the class. The
tools used in the research is the moral management guide. student ethics and the operating record. Data
analysis uses content analysis.
The research found that
1. The study needs the need to strengthen the moral. The students' ethics in Tessaban 2
Watdonmoonchai School under Tak Municipality, showed that the overall needs were met. 71.06%, when
considering the aspect, found that the field of collaborative networking. It is ranked 80.71% in the management
of learning. Second is 74.90%. The least needed aspect is the environment, accounted for 63.27%
2. Performance management student ethics in Tessaban 2 Watdonmoonchai School under Tak
Municipality participatory action research found that: 1) management survey needs, define policies, plans,
programs, meetings, support media, innovation and technology, monitor and evaluate performance. 2) Provide
appropriate environment 3) Learning management, course analysis set student characteristics make a learning
plan, organize learning processes that focus on the learner to practice. 4) The activities, organize a variety of
activities. 5) The development of teachers, encourage teachers to be encouraged. 6) Create collaborative
networks, community schools, temples, and all sectors to cooperate in moral development, student ethics.
3. The results of the evaluation of morality management. The students' ethics in Tessaban 2
Watdonmoonchai School under Tak Municipality, showed that overall and all aspects were at a high level. The
highest meanings were the networking, followed by activity. The lowest part is the environment. After the
implementation of moral management student ethics by the cooperation network of all sectors. As a result, the
school was selected as a pilot school form of action to prevent surveillance and address substance abuse in
outstanding schools. The schools that have been conducting prevention, surveillance, and problem solving drugs
from the Department of Local Administration. It is a school with excellent performance from Department of
Local Administration according to the School Based Management for Local Development; SBMLD.
