dc.description.abstract | The purposes of this study were to investigate study the academic managerial successes of secondary school
level, study factors Affecting Competency Multilevel 3 level for directors teachers and student to purpose the
multilevel regression analysis model of Factors Affecting Competency Multilevel to Academic Managerial successes.
The independent variables were classified into competency 3 level: Director level, teachers level and students level.
which consisted of school such as extension and support academic, curriculum manage development, learning
management, medias and technology development, education quality measure and evaluation, learning achievement,
and quality students development.
The samples were classified into 3 groups by multi - simple random sampling, consisted from table of Krejcie
and Morgan.1973 : 608-609 have 88 directors , 176 teachers and 352 students from 44 secondary schools of Secondary
Service Area Office Region 15 in the Special Border Southern Province. The instruments were 3 questionnaires: the
first (directors) had 82 items, IOC = .80 – 1 and reliability = .9854 ; the second (teachers) had 94 items, IOC = .80 – 1
and reliability = .9806 and the third (students) had 91 items, IOC = .80 – 1 and reliability = .9414. Descriptive statistics
and multilevel regression analysis were conducted to examine the objective and hypothesis.
The findings of the study were as follow :
1.The level academic managerial successes of Secondary Service Area Office Region 15 in the Special Border
Southern Province at a high level.
2.The statistically significant competency factors in directors level were personnel potential development, vision, holistic image.
and team work. The predictor accounted for 39.60 percent of the variance.
3.The statistically significant competency factors in teachers level were, student development, classroom management, and
community participation. The predictor accounted for 29.10 percent of the variance.
4.The statistically significant competency factors in students M.3 level were ability solving problem thinking, ability use technology,
and ability life-skill. The predictor accounted for 37.30 percent of the variance. | en_US |
