dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this project aims to design and develop media for public relations Chomngam Spa and study customers’ satisfaction to media for public relations Chomngam Spa. The data were collected by using questionnaires sampling from 50 respondents who were customers of Chomngam Spa, Chonburi province. Data analysis employed frequency, percentage, averaging, and standard deviation. The results of study showed that: the customers had high levels of satisfaction to media public relations including multimedia and printed media.en_US
